What an affiliate link means
If a clearly labelled affiliate link is used, Costa Notes may receive a commission after an eligible booking or purchase. The reader does not pay more solely because the link is an affiliate link.
Affiliate disclosure
Commission, when relevant, should be easy to see.
Costa Notes may introduce affiliate links where they offer a useful route to a relevant service. An ordinary external link should not be assumed to be an affiliate link.
Affiliate disclosure
- Editorial recommendation
- An editorial recommendation is not automatically an affiliate relationship.
- Affiliate link
- Affiliate links are identified where they appear.
- Sponsored content
- Paid editorial placements are identified as sponsored, not affiliate recommendations.
- Partner
- Partner actions use a separate partner label.
What it does not mean
Commission does not silently determine recommendation order. A link is only useful when the service also fits the editorial and practical context.
No implied relationship
Costa Notes does not claim an affiliate or partner relationship without a verified mechanism. Future active relationships will be labelled where they appear.
